You have the option to purchase critical illness insurance, which provides a fixed, lump-sum benefit upon the diagnosis of a serious illness like heart attack, stroke, or cancer. Benefits are paid directly to you and may be used for any reason from deductibles and prescriptions to travel expenses, childcare or other everyday expenses.

A $100 wellness benefit is included and provides the insured with a calendar year benefit when certain health screening tests are performed. Submit proof of your health screening to Sun Life if you enroll in this plan to receive your wellness benefit payment.

Pet insurance may help you save on veterinary costs when your furry friend is sick or injured. It includes comprehensive accident, illness, and preventive care coverage. You may visit the veterinarian of your choice, then file a claim for reimbursement for your covered pet with Nationwide.
